I admire the strength and resolve it takes to move towards a more connected, authenicate, and rewarding life.

You deserve a life full of love, happiness, and fullfillment. I'm commited to helping you reclaim it.

As a clinical Social Worker working with adults of all ages, for over 20 years.

I specialize in the treatment of trauma. Therapy provides an opportunity to discuss how symptoms such as: depression, anxiety, anger, relationship difficulties, addictions( both substances and behavioral), and emotional volatility, can feel overwhelming and unmanageable.

I've witnessed people using the gift of therapy to feel safer in the world, more hopeful, and building a sense of agency to then reach their full potential in life, work, and in relationship with themselves and others. I am an experienced, relationship-focused, empathic therapist where collaboration is key to building a trusted professional relationship. While what brings you to counselling is important for me, what is the priority is that we show up and do the hard work together!

Offering a safe, non-judgmental, collaborative, strength-based specialized counselling services. I value the right to integrity, dignity and a safe environment.

As a therapeutic counsellor, it is my mission and my passion to hold space and walk alongside my clients as they bravely witness their emotions and experiences.

I have profound respect for individuals who surrender to the process of counselling; walking through that door for the first time can often be met with trepidation and ambivalence. Counselling truly is an invitation to gently care for yourself in a way that will generate change, the change you have been longing for and deserve.

My career path has been diverse but foundationally I have always landed where I can best support individuals who find themselves experiencing addiction-related struggles including forensics, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship issues, and life transitions including grief and loss.

As individuals, we experience life in unique ways, often feeling alone. We may navigate grief, anxiety, anger, fear, trauma, relational concerns, transitions, self-worth or feeling overwhelmed. My perspective is that we are more than problems to be fixed. We have capacity to hold fragility and resilience, courage and fear, uncertainty and hope. My goal is to cultivate a trusting, accepting relationship that holds space for your story; a space where you can feel seen, accepted, supported, and valued.

I am so glad you are here and I look forward to serving you with humility, integrity, and a culture of care.

If I can provide a certain type of relationship, the other person will discover within themself the capacity to use that relationship for growth and change, and personal development will occur.
